What to put on the BBQ on a sunny afternoon
For this quickie BBQ lunch we had pardon chilli's , this Spanish dish is quite often an option on a tapas menu, and its a Russian roulette to see if you get the hot one, unless you like the hot ones then its an awful bore waiting for the hot one. You may wonder why we bothered putting them on the BBQ and its a shame you cant taste the picture because with the addition of that flame brings a flavour that you can't achieve any other way and its a very good one
To go with our chili's we just had some simple vegetable kebabs and lamb chops, It was a simple, quick easy lunch taking no more that 20 minutes to prep, but with the added smoky flavour from the BBQ it was something quite spectacular.
