Apple, cinnemon and caramel cake Ingredients

For step 1 the apple smooth topping

 4 apples, peeled and cut into cubes

 1 table spoon sugar 

For the caky bit step 2 

2 apples peeled and grated

 2 cups sugar 

 3 cups flour 

 300ml vegetable oil

 3 eggs

 3 teaspoons cinnamon 

 1 cup raisons

 1 tablespoon dark treacle 

 2 teaspoons bicarbonate of soda 

 1 teaspoon baking powder 

For step 3 Caramel sauce 

 1 table spoon black treacle 

 1 tablespoon sugar 

 100ml cream 

 50g butter
