Apple, cinnemon and caramel cake Ingredients

For step 1 the apple smooth topping

4 apples, peeled and cut into cubes
1 table spoon sugar 

For the caky bit step 2 

2 apples peeled and grated
2 cups sugar 
3 cups flour 
300ml vegetable oil
3 eggs
3 teaspoons cinnamon 
1 cup raisons
1 tablespoon dark treacle 
2 teaspoons bicarbonate of soda 
1 teaspoon baking powder 

For step 3 Caramel sauce 

1 table spoon black treacle 
1 tablespoon sugar 
100ml cream 
50g butter
