Rhubarb, Manuka Honey and Oat Crumble Recipe




This is such an easy recipe to follow and can be tweaked to your own taste buds easily. 


Ingredients 
4 Stems of rhubarb
2 tbs Manuka Honey (Or any honey)
I tsp vanilla paste 
Zest and juice half of an orange 
1 1/2 cup of all purpose flour
1 cup of oats
150g softened butter or more dependant on how rich you like it 
1/2 cup brown sugar or coconut sugar




Method
Preheat oven to 200C/180C fan/gas 6
Wash and cut the rhubarb into whatever size pieces you like and coat with the honey and vanilla 
Place into an even proof dish 
In a separate bowl combine the rest of the ingredients and with your hand work the dry ingredients through the butter until it becomes crumbly 
Cover the fruit and place into the oven for 30 minutes or until golden brown

Serve with custard, cream or clotted cream!
