Bright colours bring big benifits


When it comes to food, I think bright colours bring big benefits, not only does your plate look beautiful, like everything on a sunny day make you happy, brightly coloured food generally has big nutritional value, and I’m not talking about cake with food colouring in it, I’m talking about things that are bright green, like spinach, broccoli and peas, or bright like beetroot and tomatoes and carrots, so go bright, make yourself smile and make your body smile.
