My husbands meal
Now he did attempt a rabbit consume for the amuse bouche, and although the flavour was amazing the photo was not worth putting up.
So here goes for his main,
Like shepherds pie but made with rabbit, and a rabbit and pancetta roulade and an artichoke heart and parsley puree.
Now I’m not sure how he made it all, so I am not goanna make up the recipes and I’m not sure it exactly needed to be all on the plate at the same time, however it was so ridiculously delicious that I had to crown him the winner this year. He spent all afternoon in the kitchen, which is the kind of time you need to make a restaurant class Jus, or gravy as some might call it. So well done the hubby!
