Mimosa

Now The flowers I’ve decorated the cake with are not edible its called Mimosa and comes into full bloom in February. It looks so pretty with the lemon on the cake, I love it! Just had to make sure all my eaters knew to not eat the decoration 

So the opinion of all my eaters, was positive and they really liked the way the quinoa gave texture to the light fluffy cake, 

So off you go, pack in the nutrients.
