Pumpkin seed crusted Salmon
Pumpkin seed breaded salmon
Make 6 100g pieces
Salmon fillet 600g
Breadcrumbs x 200g
Roasted pumpkin seeds
Black pepper 1 teaspoon
Flour enough to cover all the salmon
Eggs x 2
Milk x 100ml
Cooking oil for frying
Step 1
Chop the salmon fillet into tail into 6 equal pieces and cover in flour.
Step 2
Mix the egg and milk, and dip each piece of floured salmon into the mix.
Step 3
Dip into the alligator into the pepper seasoned breadcrumb mix.
Step 4
In a pan using cooking oil to cover the bottom of the pan fry the pieces of salmon on each side until golden brown.
Your adding the nutrients from the pumpkin seeds too your crust as well as making something completely delicious, serve with salad and vegetables, or anything you like really
If you like you salmon very firm, after you have fried it on either side you may want to pop it into the oven for about 10 minutes on 170 Celsius
